Summary:This study aims to understand the perceptions and challenges that teachers have from the implementation of emotional intelligence to strengthen the school climate among elementary school students of the Blessed Mariano College of Jesus Eusse, in which the various difficulties Problems that affected coexistence, good treatment and interpersonal relationships, the above could be evidenced through the diagnosis, interview and questionnaire in which teachers participated and reveals the situations that affect the school climate. This project contains all the information and the actions that can be carried out for its development, through each of its chapters the fulfillment of the proposed objectives can be evidenced. This research is part of an interpretive paradigm, introspective-experiential epistemological approach, qualitative research approach and IAP research method. Through research design, data collection is systematically systematized using techniques such as; survey, interview and triangulation and in this way answer the question asked when starting this investigation. The analysis of the analysis and the collection of the information will be carried out, from the questionnaire, interview and focus group instruments, which allows obtaining the results. Through the results and their respective analysis it can be inferred that this research was relevant since it is possible to understand the perceptions and challenges that teachers have from emotional intelligence to strengthen the school climate among students in basic education. The conclusion and recommendation is to train teachers to apply emotional intelligence in classrooms, since it demonstrates the need to implement new strategies that prevent conflicts in the classroom.
