Summary:The general objective of this research is to analyze the factors involved in the absenteeism and rotation of the staff working in Call Centers of Barranquilla. To achieve the development of this research, the use of a quantitative methodology of correlational type was carried out, in which through the selection of a sample of 65 subjects working in a call center in the city of Barranquilla and the application from a questionnaire on the various dimensions of rotation and absenteeism, we sought to resolve the general objective of this study. The results obtained during the investigation allowed us to observe the relationship between factors such as the position within the company, the age of the worker and working time with the different dimensions of absenteeism and rotation within the call centers of the city of Barranquilla. As one of the most representative elements of the final conclusions of this work, the importance of generating a high level of engagement and an organizational culture rooted in order to reduce the rates of rotation and absenteeism within this organization that suffer from this problem of worrisome way.
