Summary: | The objective of this research is to understand how TECNEMAR software can transform the practice of the humanities teachers of the Educational Institution Thelma Rosa Arévalo, for the development of the communicative reading competence in elementary school. The research is framed in the socio-critical paradigm, it seeks to know and understand how is the praxis and pedagogical strategies used by the humanities teachers of the mentioned institution, and what the use of technology as a transformative element of teaching implies,, its approach is qualitative, since the actions that guide this work promote deep reflection on pedagogical practices, through dialogue and consensus, on the level of development of the reading process, through document review techniques (plans in the area of humanities - learning guides) and discussion groups with five teachers of said area, the above was carried out from the lights of the action research methodology. The results obtained from the training workshops and a focus group, made up of 5 teachers from the humanities area of the mentioned institution, showed that it is possible to achieve the transformations in their pedagogical work and therefore to the educational quality. |
