Summary: | This project has been developed in order to respond to a problem identified in the company Sabores Sorpresa S.AS., dedicated to the production and commercialization of pastry products, whose procedure for taking orders and planning production is carried out according to manual way in Excel and physical sheets. A system is not used that allows unifying these processes in the company, which causes delays and delays when providing a timely response to the external client. The aforementioned processes are vital in the operation of the company, as they have a significant impact on the satisfaction of the external client and once they allow a more organized and efficient work dynamic for the internal client. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze in detail the sales processes and production planning to identify the opportunities for improvement that will be addressed through the implementation of methodologies in agile design and innovation frameworks to build solutions that generate value both to clients and the company in a fast and flexible way, in a short time and allowing adjustments during its execution to maximize results. Consequently, the integration of these processes through the design of a tailored digital technological tool will facilitate the management of information in a reliable and timely manner to support the decision-making of the company. In addition, it innovates in the way in which the processes for taking orders and production planning are developed, optimizing the use of resources and reducing times taking into account the capabilities of the company. All this has made it possible to strengthen the culture in the management of innovation as a fundamental axis for the strategic planning of the organization. Through the different tools offered by methodologies in agile design and innovation frameworks, MSMEs such as Sabores Sorpresa S.A.S. They can develop low-cost innovation processes with high-impact results, recognizing the generation of value through business innovation. |
