Summary: | This article is presented to the scientific community is based on an investigation focused on proposing within the school institution, the management of coexistence by implementing self directed groups; an strategies of quality of management, with a better application in business, that support and addresses the results towards the constant improvement of participation, leadership, to a right communication and the responsibility by results. The strategy is based on created a self-group on each area of institutional management: directive, administrative, academic and social through a work-plan with objectives and tasks to guide the process in order to impact positively in the improvement of the educational coexistent. For the research we used the methodology of educational investigation-action which studies and analyses the social educational situation like the school coexistence as the essential element for the integral formation of human being and the dynamic process that it is built every day. This investigation was made in fifth grade of Educacion tecnica gropecuaria de Palmar de Varela. |
