Summary: | This research focuses on how the emotions experienced by the language teacher affect their teaching-learning processes when operating in hybrid environments, for which it sought to understand the emotions that are generated in 9 language teachers from Preschool to Fifth grade of the Boston International School located in the city of Barranquilla, Atlántico. The research was carried out from the complementary paradigm, using a descriptive approach and a nonexperimental design. From this, the techniques and instruments used for data collection and results are non-participant observation of language classes, a 5-question questionnaire and, therefore, a documentary analysis was carried out in which different findings were derived. about the factors that influence the emotions of teachers in the development of their teaching process. The results obtained from the techniques and instruments used show that most of the teachers relate the emotions concept, however, within the classroom it is necessary that they use it to successfully guide their emotions and those of their students. students. Likewise, through the documentary analysis and the information collected in the observation, different factors that affect the emotions of the teachers during their classes were evidenced |
