Description
Summary:The purpose of this research was to generate a pedagogical mediation proposal based on interactive learning, which contributes to the development of logical-mathematical thinking skills in eleventh-grade students of the I. E. D La Magdalena de Barranquilla. The methodological route of the project was framed in a quantitative approach, of inductive empiricist type, quasi-experimental method. A sample of 65 students from 11th grade was selected, divided into two groups, a control group with 34 students corresponding to 11th A, and an experimental group with 31 students corresponding to 11th B. A diagnosis was initially applied through a pretest with questions released by the ICFES, then the pedagogical strategies were carried out, in the experimental group under the use of digital educational resources such as Google Classroom and Socrative, in the control group the same was taught, but with traditional methodology with workshops; and, finally, after the ICT-mediated pedagogical strategies were implemented, a post-test was applied. In the same way, a sample of 5 mathematics teachers was selected, to whom, as well as to the students, a survey was applied in order to measure the variables: pedagogical mediation, interactive learning and mathematical logical thinking. The results evidenced the contribution of pedagogical mediation based on interactive learning to the development of logical-mathematical thinking in eleventh grade students, because it enables the apprehension and strengthening of skills (interpretation and representation, formulation and execution and argumentation). of the area.
