Summary: | This research work proposes strategies for the appropriation of Conceptual Pedagogy in the Pedagogical Practices. At the methodological level, the research was developed as descriptive with a quantitative method, with a descriptive level, within the positivist paradigm. The technique used is the survey and two questionnaires were used as instruments. The results of the investigation show in the first instance the presence of the models: traditional, behaviorist, develop mentalist and social critic; they show some elements of conceptual pedagogy and it is determined that there are no variables that are related to the appropriation of said pedagogy in the teachers of the institution. These results allow the generation of a proposal focused on strengthening the conceptual pedagogy in this institution. It is concluded that there is no dominant model among teachers, but rather a multimodel. That is, the presence of different models. |
