Summary:Objective: To determine the perception’s level about the quality of the health’s services taking into account the users’ satisfaction in the local ESE hospital from Sitionuevo Magdalena between 2017 and 2019. Methodology: Population involved and evidences were compiled according to 3185 patients who attend to local ESE hospital de Sitionuevo from 2017 to 2019. Data base of the entity was taken as the information required. Manipulating and data analysis information was tabulated in a well -structured data base by using an excel software and there were descriptive and simple analysis through charts and diagrams about absolute frequency. This lets calculating simple measures related to composition and distribution of possible changeable. Results: Female was the predominant gender, 59,7 %. On the other hand, male was 40, 3 %. The highest number of people, who answered surveys after 3 years of this study, they graded the level services as good, standing out clinical laboratories services by putting them into a 83.1 %, which is followed by nursery’s assistance in a 79,5%, medical assistance is on the 77,7% and the last one is medical appointment’ s service in a 74%, what shows is a good indicator about the quality of the assistance that is offered into the hospital. Conclusion: It could be concluded that the perception of satisfaction of users of the Local New Site Hospital is generally good, it was further determined that the service with the highest satisfaction rate is in the clinical laboratory with 83.1%.
