Summary: | This degree work is an investigation that deals with the study of the job and work environment of a furniture company in the city of Barranquilla in its call center area, in order to propose improvements for their well-being, health and productivity. A field study was carried out by means of visits to the facilities, observing deficiencies that exist in a notorious way, as regards inappropriate postures, repetitive movements, deficiencies in work tools, etc. Information was collected through photographs, videos and also through the survey technique directed towards teleoperators and interviews with administrative personnel, which served as guidance to carry out the improvement proposal, which determines, according to the diagnosis, favorable factors and unfavorable that affect the employees and the company that allowed establishing the objectives to be achieved. When knowing the results it is proposed to create proposals to optimize its resources, this is work tools and the conditions of the same, guiding the management personnel to include necessary training regarding the safety and health at work, these proposals are focused on different factors which have been the most relevant in the investigation. At the end of this report with the respective analysis and interpretation of the results of the investigation carried out, a series of conclusions and recommendations have been reached aimed at the solution. |
