This project was developed for that within organizations, the stakeholders( top management, managers, auditors, compliance officers and IT managers), works in harmony to make sure that best practices lead them to affordable IT and well controlled. In addition to that it can be used as a reference point for building a personal tool that allows the evaluation of the audited company. The guidelines taken from COBIT and ITIL provide a basis for organizations to implement strong and effective services to support customers in their business and to keep doing it in the long run.
