Summary: | This research aims to identify the level of development of the simple thinking skills in the children of school age, to propose a teaching strategy that allow empower them, using a series of theories of the methodology, following the guidelines established by UNESCO (2005), a (2005), Andrade (2010), Grieger (2008), Pozner (2000), Piaget (1936) , Villarini (1991-2000), Perkin (2008), among others. It was located within the methodological context of a mixed (qualitative and quantitative) research paradigm, having as population 134 boys and girls of different ages who belong to a population layers II and III, and their training done in official schools and others in private institutions, and parents notes the concern about the formation of them. The analysis and interpretation of information, structured by levels of skills each one of them was organized with criteria, which had some performance indicators, a value of 1 to 4 specified as follows: 4 excellent, satisfactory 2, 3 good, 1 insufficient. So it was a matrix, in which the quality scale is ranked in the top horizontal row, with a ranking of how great going to the poor. And can therefore carry out theoretical confrontation of the results thrown, where the level of development of the simple thinking skills in the children of school age was observed. |
