Summary: | The research is carried out taking into account that the district educational institution of integral formation has had a deficit in the academic processes, which has not allowed to achieve the expected results in relation to the evaluation tool used by the MEN, synthetic index of educational quality (ISCE). By analyzing more carefully the different strategies used by teachers and investigating how they plan their pedagogical work, it is evident that there is no verification and evaluation of the processes carried out. Hence the interest to analyze the results obtained in the levels of progress and performance of the ISCE. The purpose is to design a comprehensive pedagogical management strategy that, when incorporated into curricular processes, will allow improving the strategies used by teachers in their pedagogical practice and also optimize teaching and learning processes aiming at educational quality. This research will be based on a deductive method with a mixed paradigm, which allows applying techniques such as observation, review and documentary analysis; to obtain the necessary information. It seeks as a result to design and implement the integral strategy of pedagogical management (PIGEP) so that through it an action plan can be increased that allows focusing the presented difficulties and making improvement plans that aim at the educational quality, all with the implementation of formats that allow tracking of what has been done. The execution of this research is viable since it contributes to the analysis of the different pedagogical processes, as well as to the creation of action plans, systematization and monitoring of them. |
