description	Is worrying the development of teaching practice in the schools of the pedagogy of the Mercy (PEMIS), when estimated inconsistencies between its precepts and the pedagogical development. There is no compliance of key elements such as the evangelisation and research, among other vital of the institution, thus fueling the problem when are not transmitted in the teaching process. Therefore, the purpose of this research is, evaluate the teaching practice in primary education from the pedagogy of Mercy, in institutions district southwest of Barranquilla. It is a field research, descriptive and transactional, non-experimental design, which used a data collection instrument type survey. The population was made up of teachers from these institutions, with sample of census. The results show that the precepts of the institutions PEMIS is not completely fulfilled. In the same way, it became apparent that the aspects of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) for the teaching practice, such as the social, interpersonal, and didactical, among others, have no guarantee of its fulfilment. This joins another reality, as the inconsistency for the management of the functional competencies-administrative and the of conduct, defined in the decrees of the nation for the development of teaching practice. This research also contributes with an instrument that represents the tool for the educational manager east diagnostic monitoring of teaching practice in all its aspects, from the institution through its mission, vision and principles, to the normative-prescriptive of the nation.

No se observa el cumplimiento de elementos claves como la evangelización y la investigación, entre otros vitales de la institución, acrecentándose el problema cuando no se transmiten en el proceso pedagógico. Por ello, el objetivo de esta investigación es, evaluar la práctica docente en la educación primaria desde la pedagogía de la Misericordia, en instituciones distritales de suroccidente de Barranquilla. Es una investigación de campo, descriptiva y transaccional, de diseño no experimental, que utilizó un instrumento de recolección de datos tipo encuesta. La población estuvo constituida por docentes de estas instituciones, con una muestra censal. Los resultados demuestran que los preceptos de las instituciones PEMIS no se cumplen completamente. De igual forma, se evidenció que los aspectos del Ministerio de Educación Nacional (MEN) para la práctica docente, como el social, interpersonal y didáctico, entre otros, tampoco tienen garantía de su cumplimiento. A esto se une otra realidad, como la inconsistencia para manejo de las competencias funcionales-administrativas y las comportamentales, definidas en los decretos de la nación para el desarrollo de la práctica docente.
