Summary:The purpose of this research was to analyze the impact of the Everyone to Learn Program in strengthening the Educational Management and Educational Quality component at the Martillo Educational Institution. The methodology used was the qualitative approach, of a descriptive type and with a documentary and field research design, under an interpretive paradigm. The population consisted of 10 teachers and the educational director of the Martillo Educational Institution. Documentary analysis and focus group techniques were used, and as instruments the category analysis matrix to organize and extract the information and a script in order to determine the level of perception of teachers regarding the implementation of PTA. For the validation, the triangulation of the methods and instruments was carried out. The results showed that the processes implemented by the PTA to strengthen the components of Management and Educational Quality from 2015 to 2021 were: Learning communities, sited trainings, classroom accompaniments, monitoring of learning, use of resources for learning and management directive. The results obtained in the ISCE show a progressive improvement since the implementation of the program, the institution currently being above the national average with 6.58 / 5.67 in elementary school. The perceptions of teachers and directors revealed that the accompaniment of the PTA has strengthened the management and educational quality components. As a conclusion it is possible to determine that PTA positively impacted the Martillo Educational Institution.
