Summary: | The objective of this study was to analyze the process of teacher training, including children with special educational needs in the regular classroom at the José Castillo Bolívar Industrial Technical Educational Institution in Soledad, Atlántico. The research is quantitative, empiricist approach, positivist paradigm, non-experimental method, with descriptive scope and cross section. The population and sample consisted of eighteen (18) teachers. To which the CIE questionnaire adapted by Carrillo, Rivera, Forgiony, Bonilla and Montánchez (2018) was applied as an instrument. After processing and analyzing the results, it is established that education professionals require specific training in inclusion of children with special educational needs; since the lack of knowledge and didactic mediation is evidenced for the elaboration of a curriculum adapted to the needs present in the classroom and to be able to attend and integrate the students with SEN. |
