The methodology is based on the Mixed approach, because it is framed in a structure where the quantitative and qualitative elements are complemented; (Johnson and Onwuegbuzie, 2004) propose to combine methods, techniques and languages, within the same investigation which allows obtaining favorable results regarding the object of study. The type of research is descriptive of longitudinal cut and a triangulation design.

La metodología abordada es a partir del enfoque Mixto, porque se enmarca en una estructura donde se complementan lo cuantitativo y lo cualitativo; (Johnson y Onwuegbuzie, 2004) proponen combinar métodos, técnicas y lenguajes, dentro de una misma investigación lo cual permite obtener resultados favorables en cuanto al objeto de estudio.
