The purpose of the degree work is to contribute to the growth of the Technology Management from the construction of new knowledge, transforming the experiences of the project team into an intellectual asset for the organization. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations coming from the research and the proposal to shape the future work coming from the present investigation are recorded.

Teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del trabajo de grado se desarrollo la investigación cualitativa, la cual se asocia con la descripción del proceso de lecciones aprendidas que busca caracterizar hechos y procesos con preguntas de quién, dónde, cuándo y cómo, a partir en las entrevistas realizadas a funcionarios del equipo de proyectos. El propósito del trabajo de grado es aportar al crecimiento de la Gerencia de Tecnología a partir de la construcción de nuevo conocimiento, transformando las experiencias del equipo del proyecto en un activo intelectual para la organización.
