Management of injuries to great vessels during laparoscopy

Laparoscopy is useful for diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic pathology. Although techniques and instrumentation have progressed significantly, and physicians have acquired more experience, a great deal of concern remains regarding possible major complications associated with this procedure.
