The method used for the design of this instrument included literature review, establishment of dimensions and items and items validation. The reliability of the instrument was evaluated through the technique of split halves, and eventually it was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient in the different components of the instrument, as an indicator of internal consistency. The correlation coefficients obtained were acceptable in 38 of the 40 and significant at 0.01 level with only two at the 0.05 level. The tool proved to be reliable as a whole and in all dimensions in the first scan. Thus, the results revealed that this instrument measures the following: the causal dimensions, intention to leave and its variablesapplication/pdfhttps://doi.org/10.1177/2319510x15602971ISSN: 2319-510XEISSN: 2321-0729https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/25921engAsia-Pacific Institute of Management322No. 4313Asia-Pacific Journal of Management Research and InnovationVol. 11Asia-Pacific Journal of Management Research and Innovation, ISSN: 2319-510X ; EISSN: 2321-0729, Vol.11, No.4 (2015); pp.313-322https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/2319510X15602971Restringido (Acceso a grupos específicos)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_16ecAsia-Pacific Journal of Management Research and Innovationinstname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocURIntention to leavePersonnel turnoverTurnover intentionPerceived organisational supportJob contentMotivational toolsVoluntary turnoverInstrument for measuring intentions to leaveInstrumento para medir intenciones de irsearticleArtículohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501Domínguez Aguirre, Luis RobertoRoncancio Roncancio, PatriciaMarcelino Aranda, MarianaRamírez Campos, Álvaro Fabricio10336/25921oai:repository.urosario.edu.co:10336/259212021-06-03 00:50:20.87https://repository.urosario.edu.coRepositorio institucional EdocURedocur@urosario.edu.co
