To test the hypothesis, a structural equations model was employed and a survey was carried out among 425 employees. The results led to the conclusion that values that are removed from power and long-range orientation predict the implementation of good practices for the promotion of personnel; the components of commitments to the organization did not show significant associations with implementation of a good practice for the promotion of personnel. The study contributes towards developing a body of research into the implications of the gender perspective at organizations.application/pdf1215051https://repository.urosario.edu.co/handle/10336/24316eng90No. 3679InnovarVol. 20Innovar, ISSN:1215051, Vol.20, No.36 (2010); pp. 79-90https://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-79953762799&partnerID=40&md5=f2683ea3e21cf2b352e04760c6e8668eAbierto (Texto Completo)http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2instname:Universidad del Rosarioreponame:Repositorio Institucional EdocURCommitment to the organizationCultural valuesGenderPromotion of personnelImplementation of good practices for promotion of personnel and their relationship with the organization's commitment and cultureImplementación de buenas prácticas de promoción de personal y su relación con la cultura y el compromiso con la organizaciónarticleArtículohttp://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501Hinestroza M.P.G.ORIGINAL29122-104609-1-PB.pdfapplication/pdf6449554https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/d0255280-5a7f-4c19-b74c-be225aa6a12e/downloadca4ab515bd9f45ccf896ceac51de6e62MD51TEXT29122-104609-1-PB.pdf.txt29122-104609-1-PB.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain60913https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/518287be-3a5d-48d3-8bba-a715e8f4c039/download6da6895f073576012b8532512cdba0c8MD52THUMBNAIL29122-104609-1-PB.pdf.jpg29122-104609-1-PB.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg4234https://repository.urosario.edu.co/bitstreams/54ecad39-9c11-4015-a2b7-f911b74d3913/download041c4934594a985da147a238b0ec3656MD5310336/24316oai:repository.urosario.edu.co:10336/243162022-05-02 07:37:21.681222https://repository.urosario.edu.coRepositorio institucional EdocURedocur@urosario.edu.co
