Peer support and academic self-efficacy stem from workstudy enrichment. As might be expected, both work-study conflict and enrichment are related to satisfaction with academic development.Conclusion: Given that higher education institutions aim to increasingly provide lifelong learning to a student population that reconciles studies with work, it is important to deepen the understanding of how work can influence study negatively and positively, in order to guide informed decisions for students and promote more inclusive educational practices

El apoyo brindado por compañeros y la autoeficacia académica surgen relacionados al enriquecimiento trabajo-estudio. Como era de esperarse, tanto el conflicto como el enriquecimiento trabajo-estudio presentan relaciones con la satisfación con el desarrollo académico.Conclusión: teniendo en cuenta que las instituciones de educación superior pretenden proporcionar el aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida, de forma creciente, a una población estudiantil que concilia los estudios con el trabajo, es importante profundizar el conocimiento del modo como el trabajo puede influir negativa y positivamente el estudio con el fin de orientar decisiones informadas para los estudiantes y promover prácticaseducativas cada vez más incluyentes.Objetivo: este artigo tem como objetivo testar, com recurso a equações estruturais, um modelo de antecedentes do conflito e do enriqueci­mento da relação trabalho-estudo.Método: na investigação, partici­param 87 estudantes-trabalhadores a frequentar uma licenciatura, de ambos os sexos (24 homens e 63 mulheres).Resultados: o número de horas de trabalho e a autoeficácia académica apresentam relações com o conflito trabalho-estudo. O apoio dado pelos colegas e a au­toeficácia académica surgem relacionados com o enriquecimento trabalho-estudo.
