Para llevar a cabo la clasificación de la información, los importes y filtros correspondientes en el sistema Power Bi es necesario importar datos del sistema contable de la compañía Microsoft axioma, así como tener un esquema claro, pues es ideal que cada gerente de unidad conozca el valor exacto que será cargado en las proyecciones de las depreciaciones, para ello se realizaron algunas pruebas de como quedaría la implementación en Power Bi, para compartir la información previamente de cómo se visualiza el sistema de proyección de datos, con lo anterior será posible mitigar errores en el cargue de datos en los centros de costo incorrectos, de esta manera se evitaran las reclasificaciones obteniendo una mejora u optimización en los tiempos de cierres contables, asimismo la rentabilidad de los proyectos no se va a ver afectada por el desconocimiento de los costos que serán cargados en el sistema.

That is why, it is necessary to implement the depreciation projection proposal, in order to socialize the required figures in the Power bi system.
