El objetivo principal de este proyecto se enfoca en lograr un posicionamiento a nivel turístico del municipio de Vergara Cundinamarca especializándose en el turismo de deporte extremo ya que se cuenta con gran riqueza natural la cual puede ser aprovechable para el desarrollo de esta, para llevar a cabo esto lo primero es generar un diagnostico el cual determine puntos crítico y posibles falencias para así ejecutar una propuesta de desarrollo con impacto positivo ;para determinar el modo de ejecución se presenta el concepto clúster siendo el más factible como punto de partida alineándose al enfoque investigativo exploratorio ya que se requiere una recolección de datos generando un análisis de la situación más detallado y paso a seguir saber cuál es el mejor método investigativo para este proyecto el cual arroja un método deductivo siendo este el mejor planteado para la problemática indicada .Desde los resultado obtenidos se logra evidenciar que el municipio de Vergara Cundinamarca puede llegar a crear un turismo sostenible favorecedor que puede ser trabajo de manera adecuada para reestablecerse como destino turístico debido a su notable número de prestadores turísticos que generan una mayor oferta. |

It was necessary to generate a diagnosis to determine the critical points and possible failures that could be found in order to apply a development proposal and possible course of action to solve the evidenced problems. The cluster concept was used as a starting point due to its direct correlation with the exploratory investigative approach, which required data collection to generate a more detailed analysis of the situation, resulting in the use of the deductive method as the best research tool to carry out this project.
