Esto se determina debido a que se logra identificar que el municipio de Choachí, cuenta con una oferta turística encaminada en promover el turismo natural y de bienestar, basado en el uso potencial de los termales, como uno de sus atractivos principales, esto los ha llevado a tener una oferta gastronómica enfocada en satisfacer la necesidad relacionada a la ingesta de alimentos de los turistas, pero no se ha orientado en la promoción de su patrimonio culinario como factor motivador de viaje, creando una oferta donde sobresalga el uso del turismo gastronómico. |
