Su compañía es el objeto de estudio de este proyecto, El cual tiene como enfoque principal la identificación y estudio de problemáticas generales de la empresa en el proceso de transporte y entrega segura del producto terminado, a través del modelo logístico tracking que permite reducir los riesgos inherentes a esta problemática de costo/tiempo para la compañía. Se identifican problemáticas como incumplimiento en las entregas por factores como planeación errada de ruta, siniestros o fallas mecánicas del vehículo y riesgos de seguridad de la mercancía; lo cual hace que exista una afectación en presentes y futuras entregas. Las problemáticas anteriores se traducen a su vez en pérdidas económicas para la empresa y pérdida de negociaciones rentables y futuros contratos con otras empresas comercializadoras de café a nivel nacional. Con lo que se presenta una propuesta de mejora, para poder disminuir o eliminar dichas problemáticas, a través del desarrollo de una propuesta de modelo logístico, basado en el sistema tracking, lo cual permite supervisar, controlar y asegurar todo el proceso de última milla para el transporte de cargas; fortaleciendo la promesa de valor de entrega a tiempo del producto final. |

This company is the object of study of this project, which makes a main focus on the identification and study of general problems in the company, found in the process of transportation and safe delivery of the finished product, by monitoring the logistics model that allows reducing the risks inherent in this cost / time problem for the company. The problems are identified as non-compliance in deliveries due to factors such as incorrect route planning, accidents or mechanical failures of the vehicle and security risks of the merchandise; which means there is an impact on present and future deliveries. The above problems translate, in turn, into economic losses for the company and loss of profitable negotiations and future contracts with other national commercial coffee companies.
