Sin embargo, se identificaron problemas en las importaciones para pequeños clientes. Por demoras en el proceso de la operación se han presentado atrasos, multas e incumplimiento ante el cliente. Por esta razón, en este trabajo se ha propuesto un apoyo digital, el cual va a ser un contacto directo entre la empresa y esos pequeños clientes que se beneficiarían de una plataforma que les permita ejecutar sus procesos paso a paso. |
