Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, la metodología aplicada fue mixta, es decir cuantitativa (conteo de datos por medio de encuestas) y cualitativa (método narrativo, cualidades y características) , entre los objetivos se caracterizó el proceso de fabricación artesanal de la cerámica en el municipio de Ráquira, se buscó conocer la percepción de los padres respecto a la participación de los niños en propuesta de turismo creativo a partir de la artesanía en Ráquira y finalmente se diseñó un protocolo para la elaboración de una artesanía de barro creativa, orientada a los niños del colegio San Miguel Arcángel (Mosquera / Cundinamarca) a partir de la tradición artesanal de Ráquira Boyacá. El turismo puede ser contemplado como una estrategia o instrumento para el aprendizaje significativo de los niños en edad escolar a partir del trabajo artesanal en arcilla realizado en el municipio de Ráquira, de igual manera, genera conciencia temprana sobre la importancia de las manifestaciones culturales nacionales y el papel del turismo en su recreación conservación y divulgación.
