description El presente documento, describe las actividades realizadas durante la pasantía que se llevó a cabo en la empresa RECTIFICADORA DE MOTORES TÉCNICOS ASOCIADOS, la cual tuvo como principal objetivo, la planificación del sistema de gestión ambiental basado en la Norma ISO 14001 versión 2015. Como primer objetivo específico para el desarrollo del proyecto se tuvo que realizar un diagnóstico inicial de la organización lo cual permitió identificar el estado actual frente al cumplimiento de los requisitos y prácticas medio ambientales, seguido del planteamiento del problema. Con base en los resultados obtenidos se empezó a desarrollar el segundo objetivo dando a modo de propuesta la inclusión de mejoras y actualizaciones a la planificación estratégica en cuanto Misión, Visión, Objetivos, Principios y valores que fueran acordes al sistema de gestión ambiental. Por último se desarrolló el tercer objetivo que consistió en la planificación del SGA para la compañía guiado por los parámetros establecidos en la Norma, donde se buscó por medio de herramientas como la matriz Pestel identificar los posibles cambios en el entorno que podrían afectar a la organización, también la identificación de las necesidades y expectativas de las partes interesadas para determinar el alcance del sistema medio ambiental. Una vez identificados todos estos factores se planteó la propuesta de la política ambiental seguida de los objetivos ambientales la cual tiene como finalidad mejorar y preservar el medio ambiente fomentando el desarrollo sostenible.

As the first specific objective for the development of the project, an initial diagnosis of the organization had to be carried out, as well as the application of a SWOT matrix, which allowed identifying the current state against compliance with environmental requirements and practices, followed by the proposal of the problem. Based on the results obtained, the second objective was developed, giving as a proposal the inclusion of improvements and updates to strategic planning as Mission, Vision, Objectives, Principles and values that were consistent with the environmental management system. Finally, the third objective was developed, which consisted in the planning of the SGA for the company guided by the parameters established in the Standard, where it was searched through tools such as the Pestel matrix to identify possible changes in the environment that could affect the organization. , also the identification of the needs and expectations of the interested parties to determine the scope of the environmental system.
