Seguido a esto se identificaron cinco características de la envolvente la cuales son: estática y dinámica que responden a la flexibilidad, como también; opaco, traslucido y transparente que responde a la relación interior - exterior de la distribución programática, dando cuenta que el programa de las viviendas multifamiliares varía según la modulación de apartamentos por nivel teniendo en cuenta el número de familias presentes, afectando así el tamaño de las distintas áreas de la vivienda. Finalmente, se establecieron por medio de pruebas módulos de vivienda y coworking para la conformación de la unidad residencial, en relación con el concepto de apilamiento formal, porosidad y polivalencia, concluyendo que al alterar la forma del programa se liberan las fachadas generando confort a sus usuarios.

Following this, five characteristics of the envelope were identified, which are: static and dynamic that respond to flexibility, as well as; opaque, translucent and transparent that responds to the interior - exterior relationship of the programmatic distribution, realizing that the program of multifamily dwellings varies according to the modulation of apartments by level taking into account the number of families present, thus affecting the size of the different areas of the house.
