Para llevar a cabo el estudio fueron utilizados diagramas de proceso, diagrama bimanual, la distribución de planta, y los diagramas de recorrido como herramienta de análisis de cada una de las áreas que están inmersas en la producción; mediante estos resultados se generan unos mecanismos correctivos para la mejora productiva por medio de la implementación de las 5s, una propuesta acerca de la jornada laboral y una nueva distribución de la plata; logrando evidencias que la identificación, desorden, y falta de limpieza de las áreas y equipos generan un ambiente laboral no apropiado el correcto funcionamiento de la empresa, además de esto, se identificaron una cantidad de transportes y reprocesos que no solo afectan con los tiempos de producción, sino también traen deficiencia a la mano de obra. |

To carry out the study, process diagrams, two-hand diagrams, plant distribution, and route diagrams were used as an analysis tool for each of the areas that are immersed in production; Through these results, corrective mechanisms are generated for productive improvement through the implementation of the 5s, a proposal about the working day and a new distribution of silver;
