Por lo tanto, se busca establecer la cadena de valor de una compañía teatral del país, enfocada en la inclusión social y la enseñanza a través de métodos creativos, con el fin de aumentar su nivel de competitividad, lograr un posicionamiento y permanencia en el mercado a largo plazo, alcanzar estándares de eficiencia altos en su cadena productiva y todos aquellos eslabones que componen la cadena de valor, ya que la industria cultural ha presentado un gran desarrollo y constante crecimiento en la última década, generando la necesidad de adaptarse a las nuevas tendencias para mitigar el impacto originado por las diferentes estrategias que trae consigo la globalización. |
