description El principal objetivo de este trabajo es analizar dos alternativas de solución a un problema de demanda insatisfecha de productos enmangados termoencogibles de la empresa MULTIDIMENSIONALES S.A.S. Inicialmente se realizará un estudio de la demanda que permita demostrar que el aumento de la demanda no sea temporal por alguna promoción o por algún mes en especial, luego que se determine si se presenta o no esta temporalidad sobre la demanda, se empezarán a hacer los respectivos análisis para cada alternativa en donde realizará un estudio logístico, técnico y financiero. El estudio logístico demostrará el procedimiento de importación y exportación requerido con sus respectivos costos. El técnico corresponde a todo lo necesario para poder implementar las dos alternativas y el capital que se necesitaría para la parte técnica. El estudio financiero recopilará la información correspondiente a los costos de los estudios anteriormente mencionados y por último se hará la respectiva recomendación sobre la alternativa a elegir según los resultados que arrojen los estudios anteriormente descritos. Para este se contó con la colaboración de los departamentos de mercadeo, planeación de la demanda, manufactura y mantenimiento de la empresa MULTIDIMENSIONALES S.A.S.

Initially, a demand study will be carried out to demonstrate that the increase in demand is not temporary due to any promotion or for a special month, after it is determined whether or not this temporality occurs over the demand, the respective analysis for each alternative where a logistical, technical and financial study will be carried out. The logistic study will demonstrate the required import and export procedure with their respective costs. The technician corresponds to everything necessary to implement the two alternatives and the capital that would be needed for the technical part. The financial study will collect the information corresponding to the costs of the aforementioned studies and finally the respective recommendation will be made on the alternative to choose according to the results of the studies described above.
