Esta metodología se propone para alcanzar el buen funcionamiento de la empresa en todas las áreas de manera constante, con objetivo de aumentar la efectividad y eficiencia en todos los procesos asi como el aprovechamiento de los recursos disponibles de materia prima, máquinas y talento humano, disminuyendo los despilfarros y tiempos muertos para que se vea reflejado el aumento de la productividad y la disminución de costos. Proponer en la empresa una estrategia de orden y limpieza que genere cultura organizacional, quitar los procesos que no agregan valor y minimizar tiempos en cada labor por trabajos que son innecesarios y estar en una mejora continúa. Se propone un cambio de mentalidad en los operarios y áreas administrativas siendo flexibles a la innovación.
