En primera estancia se desarrolla un diagnóstico inicial para que por medio de la observación y la documentación de procesos se determinaran las áreas de acción a tratar, lo cual permitió el diseño de la propuesta mediante la estructuración del manual de buenas prácticas medio ambientales que contiene el desarrollo de cada criterio de la NTC 5133, acercando al Hotel Lemus Plaza a la certificación en Sello Ambiental Colombiano.
