Iniciando con un estudio de las actividades que realizan, el área de trabajo y el diseño de sus herramientas; al igual la forma y posturas que realizan al ejecutar su trabajo, para así proponer mejoras que permitan intervenir en su bienestar y en su calidad de vida. Igualmente, el trabajo presenta una evaluación ergonómica de los puestos de trabajo y del cómo realizan dichas actividades; por ende, se realizaron capacitaciones de las posiciones adecuadas que se deben tener al momento de ejercer dichas actividades como la posición de la espalda, los miembros superiores e inferiores. En la finca cafetera donde se ejecutó la recolección de datos y el análisis de las actividades que realizan los caficultores se pudo evidenciar claramente la necesidad de diseñar con criterios ergonómicos el recolector; asimismo al interactuar con los caficultores aporto al proyecto la suficiente información para el desarrollo del producto y así poder realizar un Ergodiseño al recolector existente.

Starting with a study of the activities they carry out, the work area and the design of their tools; as well as the form and postures they perform when executing their work, in order to propose improvements that allow intervention in their well-being and quality of life. Likewise, the work presents an ergonomic evaluation of the jobs and how they perform said activities; therefore, training sessions were held on the appropriate positions that must be taken at the time of exercising these activities, such as the position of the back, upper and lower limbs.
