La siguiente investigación hace referencia a la relación entre la estructura y el espacio colectivo para el diseño de un Coworking en el barrio el Tintal Norte – Bogotá. El interés de este trabajo comienza a partir del aislamiento obligatorio causado por la pandemia COVID-19, la que obligó a que muchos bogotanos se vieran obligados a realizar actividades de trabajo, estudio, deporte, etc. en sus viviendas. Esto ocasionó alteraciones en las actividades que normalmente se hacen en sus domicilios; en el barrio Tintal, sus habitantes se vieron afectados por que la mayoría de sus hogares son apartamentos tipo VIS, que entre sus características están sus pocos metros cuadrados, la no flexibilidad de sus espacios, lo cual no permite y limita adaptaciones a las necesidades de los constantes cambios que hemos tenido en el último año. También es importante resaltar la falta de espacios colectivos y de esparcimiento para la comunidad, lo que ha hecho más difícil la adaptación de las personas obligándose a encierros más traumáticos, generando altos niveles de estrés, dificultando la convivencia al interior de las familias. |
