Esta investigación se realizó en la ciudad de Bogotá, barrio Valladolid de la localidad de Kennedy en el año 2023, dirigido a los comerciantes de las Mipymes del sector, este análisis se enfocó en la creación de un protocolo de comunicación que ayude y oriente a los comerciantes sobre la importancia y el buen manejo de la comunicación digital en las redes sociales para sus negocios, generando así un mayor reconocimiento para sus marcas y ventas, en donde se ejecutó un trabajo de campo por medio de encuestas y entrevistas tanto a los comerciantes de la zona como a los clientes, además de contar con las entrevistas a personas expertas en comunicación digital, con la información obtenida se realizó un protocolo de comunicación con el objetivo de potenciar el conocimiento de los microempresarios y generar por medio de las redes sociales la difusión de sus productos y servicios. El protocolo realizado arrojó resultados alentadores, demostrando la efectividad del mismo a través de la mejoría de los comerciantes al momento de utilizar las redes sociales de sus negocios. |
