El presente proyecto surge a partir de la necesidad de ofrecer alternativas para la vinculación social de las personas que durante mucho tiempo dedicaron su vida a la guerra como actores del conflicto armado colombiano. Con la firma de los acuerdos de paz entre el gobierno y las guerrillas, los desmovilizados deben integrarse al sector productivo y ellos no cuentan con los conocimientos ni las habilidades que les permitan tener una fácil vinculación al mercado laboral. Soacha como uno de los territorios que más crecimiento ha tenido durante los últimos años recibe cada día nuevas víctimas del conflicto y se convierte en un caldo de cultivo para el surgimiento de problemas sociales por la falta de oportunidades para obtener un empleo medianamente remunerado. Para tratar este problema se decide hacer una capacitación de emprendimiento a las personas que viven en este sector, permitiéndoles que, al desmovilizarse, dejen la violencia y todos los participantes apliquen lo aprendido durante la capacitación realizada por el equipo investigador, permitiéndoles buscar la organización dentro de su entorno y realizar empresas que les permitan subsistir y salir adelante dejando atrás toda la problemática que existía y se venía viviendo. Las capacitaciones se realizaron durante el mes de agosto de 2017, en ellas se realizaron varias actividades lúdicas en las que se les incentivó la creatividad y el emprendimiento. |

With the signing of peace agreements between the government and the guerrillas, the demobilized should be integrated into the productive sector and they do not have the knowledge or skills to achieve a link to the labor market. Soacha as one of the territories that has grown the most in recent years, has received an emergency request for the growth of a paid medical problem. To deal with this problem, choose to undertake entrepreneurship training for people living in this sector, allowing them to demobilize, stop the violence and all participants who learn whatever, through the research team, allowing them to search the organization within their environment and perform the things that allow them to survive and get ahead back all the problems that exist and that came in life. The trainings were held during the month of August 2017, several activities were carried out in which creativity and entrepreneurship were encouraged.
