De acuerdo a lo anteriormente mencionado, en la pasantía se recolectó información mediante el uso de herramientas administrativas como la DOFA, PEEA, PESTEL, diamante de Porter, MEFI, MEFE, encuestas y también con fuentes de información primaria y secundaria, las cuales permitieron conocer, clasificar y evaluar variables tanto positivas, como negativas y que tenían una relación directa con la empresa. De acuerdo con la información recolectada, estudiada y analizada, se procedió a establecer la misión, visión, valores y principios corporativos, objetivos estratégicos e indicadores de gestión y control, con el fin de orientar y dar un rumbo más apropiado, para que la compañía sea competente, crezca y se mantenga en el mercado.
