Empresa constituida hace 40 años y reconocida actualmente en Colombia entre las empresas y personas del sector por su excelente trabajo y experiencia adquirida a lo largo de los años. Es caracterizada por tener procesos engranados y completos entre sí, entre estos una de las áreas de suma importancia que es la comercial, la cual tiene contacto directo con el cliente y le permite a la empresa seguir expandiéndose como lo ha venido haciendo todos estos años. En el momento de realizar un diagnóstico de las funciones que componen esta área, se evidenció un obstáculo el cual interfiere en los tiempos de respuesta directamente con el cliente ya que se realizan manualmente, los procedimientos que destacan por esto son las tarifas, cotizaciones y divulgados. El objetivo de este proyecto es brindar solución eficaz y eficiente a los problemas encontrados en el diagnostico al área, proponiendo a la empresa la automatización por medio de la implementación de un módulo en la plataforma GRM, la cual es de pertenencia propia. Con esto se busca reducir los tiempos de respuesta, el aumento de los estándares internos y el alcance de la información de forma ágil para los procesos que se requiera. |

Company constituted 40 years ago where it is currently recognized in Colombia among the companies and people of the sector for its excellent work and experience that it has acquired over the years. It is characterized by having processes geared and complete with each other, among these one of the most important areas is the commercial one, which has direct contact with the customer and allows the company to continue expanding as it has been doing all these years. At the moment of making a diagnosis of the functions that compose this area is evidenced an obstacle that interferes in the response times directly with the customer since they are performed manually, the procedures that stand out for this are the rates, quotes and disclosed.
