La siguiente pasantía se realizó con el fin de ayudar a la empresa de lácteos Joyma la cual se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá en la localidad de Kennedy, al momento de realizar la pasantía la empresa no contaba con un área que se enfocara en la gestión de los recursos humanos, debido a la necesidad presentada por la empresa se decide implementar los procesos que permitan controlar y mejorar aspectos como comunicación, motivación, integración, contratación y crecimiento personal a través de herramientas como fichas de cargo, donde se identifica los conocimientos y actividades a realizar en cada puesto de trabajo, y flujogramas con los cuales se brindan los pasos a seguir en cada uno de los procesos de gestión de talento humano. |
