Esta investigación realiza el análisis de los riesgos laborales generados por el trabajo en casa durante la pandemia en la empresa Concesión Vial de los Llanos. Primero se consultaron las normas de trabajo en casa en Colombia, segundo se diseñó y aplicó una encuesta dirigida a trabajadores que laboraron desde casa en el periodo: marzo del 2020 y febrero del 2021, por último, se identificaron los elementos de riesgo potenciales a los que se vieron expuestos y las estrategias de prevención de riesgos implementadas. El exceso de trabajo, la ausencia de comunicación interpersonal y la entrega incompleta de los elementos de trabajo se desencadenaron en cansancio físico, alteraciones del sueño (insomnio e hipersomnia), tristeza, irritabilidad, ya que el 81% de los encuestados afirmó haber experimentado alguno de estos síntomas y más del 50% aseguró alarmas por estrés; siendo así los riesgos más significativos: los psicosociales, biomecánicos y físicos. First, the policy about work at home was consulted. Second, a survey was designed and applied to workers who worked from home since march 2020 to February 2021. Finally, the potential risks workers were exposed and the risk prevention implemented were identified. he bornout, the lack of interpersonal communication and the incomplete delivery of work items and absence triggered fatigue, sleep disturbances (insomnia and hypersomnia), sadness, irritability, as 81% of those surveyed, as 81% of those surveyed claimed to have experienced any of these symptoms
