En el presente trabajo se puede evidenciar que tiene como objetivo principal el fortalecimiento de la cultura del Cabildo Mayor Indígena Kichwa de Bogotá ubicado en la localidad de Engativá, ya que ha sufrido un gran menoscabo en su identidad cultural. Lo dicho anteriormente se puede afirmar basándose en una investigación realizada de tipo descriptivo, con un enfoque cualitativo, por medio de la cual, en primera medida, se indagó cuáles fueron los aspectos a fortalecer dentro de la identidad cultural en la comunidad, seguido a esto, se identificó cuáles fueron las causas que provocaron este menoscabo en su identidad cultural y por último se presentó una propuesta para el cumplimiento del objetivo principal. Está propuesta se realizó con el fin de lograr un fortalecimiento enfocado en diferentes aspectos de la comunidad Kichwa, esta misma propone el desarrollo de actividades turísticas con el objetivo de consolidar y dar a conocer más a fondo su cultura. Con esto se pretende que las nuevas generaciones tomen la responsabilidad de trasmitir su cultura y el interés de promover el esparcimiento de esta misma a personas fuera de su comunidad. Finalmente, con esta propuesta y trabajo de grado se logrará motivar a las generaciones jóvenes de la comunidad a tomar esa responsabilidad de mantener viva su cultura e identidad, trasmitiéndola principalmente entre su misma comunidad, con las nuevas generaciones que van llegando y con todas las personas posibles externas a ellos. Adicionalmente se logrará evidenciar que el turismo es un factor clave para la trasmisión y reconocimiento de estás culturas o comunidades indígenas dentro del país, resaltando que debe realizarse con el mayor respeto y responsabilidad para no generar impactos negativos. |

Mentioning this, it can be affirmed profoundly in an investigation carried out of a descriptive type, with a qualitative approach, by which, first measure, defects were investigated were the aspects to be strengthened within the cultural identity in the community, followed this, the causes that caused this wane in their cultural identity were identified and finally a proposal was presented for the fulfillment of the general objective. This proposal was made for to achieve a strengthening focused on different aspects of the Kichwa community; it proposes the development of tourist activities with the objective of consolidating and making its culture more widely known. With this, it is intended that the new generations take the responsibility of transmitting their culture and the interest of promoting the recreation of these same people outside their community. Finally, with this proposal and degree work, it will be modified to motivate the young generations of the community to take on the responsibility of keeping their culture and identity alive, transmitting it principally within its own community, with the new generations that are arriving and with all possible people external to them.
