Este proyecto nace por la necesidad que tienen las organizaciones actualmente de ser mucho más competitivas en el mercado nacional e internacional, con la apertura de nuevos nichos de mercado, con la innovación y creación de nuevos productos y servicios. La globalización ha impulsado a las industrias a avanzar a pasos agigantados, lo que lleva a las organizaciones a buscar herramientas y metodologías que les permitan mostrar a grandes rasgos lo que son capaces de crear y desarrollar. Por ello, se establece una metodología de trabajo, basada en los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015, iniciando por determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de la organización con respecto a los requisitos de la norma, seguido de la identificación del contexto actual de la organización, que conlleva al desarrollo de la planificación, el liderazgo y el apoyo. Así mismo se identifican los riegos a los cuales están expuestos, se realiza la documentación y se estipula un plan de mejora continua. Llevando a la organización a un nivel de competitividad más alto.
