Sistemas especiales de construcción SAS (SEC) es una empresa que desde el 2002 ha venido incursionando en proyectos de construcción de puentes y edificios utilizando el sistema de postensado multitoron con anclajes. Ha participado en proyectos de infraestructura de gran importancia para el desarrollo económico de diferentes sectores del país, obras entregadas como Puentes Del Sur en el departamento del Putumayo con el cual se contribuye a la conexión de Colombia con Ecuador, Puente el Quimbo en el municipio de Garzón Huila catalogado como el puente más largo de Colombia que pretende contribuir con el desarrollo económico y turístico de la zona, puente Hisgaura en Santander, entre otros. Se realizó un análisis del sector en el que incursiona la empresa, así como también las ventajas, debilidades y oportunidades de progreso. A partir de ellas, se evaluaron ciertas dificultades encontradas en sus procesos determinando que se debía realizar un plan de mejora el cual pretende garantizar el recaudo de la retención en garantía, un rubro catalogado como cuentas por cobrar diferentes a la cartera y que genera en sus estados financieros un activo corriente que no está disponible para pago de obligaciones. La excelente gestión del plan de mejora empresarial para Sistemas Especiales de Construcción, dará mejores condiciones económicas generando como resultado un sobresaliente flujo de efectivo, optimización en la utilización de los recursos propios de la compañía, buscando generar un menor endeudamiento y manteniendo a SEC como una constructora fuerte en el mercado para certificar su permanencia en el tiempo. |
