Luego en el segundo capítulo se buscó identificar el perfil del turista interesado en un producto turístico de memoria asociado al evento del bogotazo, mediante la realización de encuestas a personas mayores de 18 años, en la cual se realizó una serie de preguntas específicas que nos ayudarían a determinar el perfil del cliente, para así obtenerlo se hizo una tabulación, con gráficas, un análisis por cada pregunta y uno en general. En el tercer capítulo se describe como diseñar una ruta turística que vincule los lugares de memoria histórica asociados al bogotazo. Partiendo primero de una conceptualización, características y tipos de ruta turística, para así realizar el diseño de la ruta turística de memoria histórica relacionado con el acontecimiento del bogotazo. |

To accomplish this in the first chapter, the places and facts that are part of the memory associated with the bogotazo event were identified and characterized, by means of files containing the photograph and the description of each of these places relevant to the development of the main objective.
