Integración Biocultural propone implementar espacios públicos itinerantes, polivalentes y replicables que consoliden las franjas de adecuación de Áreas de Ocupación Pública Prioritaria como una transición entre la ciudad y la ruralidad. Desde una perspectiva de recuperación, protección y conservación de los ecosistemas que son parte del patrimonio natural y comunitario de la Ciudad de Bogotá, se busca controlar la ocupación de estas franjas con escenarios efímeros y flexibles que fortalezcan la apropiación de la ciudadanía por los Cerros Orientales, y que propendan la participación de la misma en el control y cuidado activo de estos espacios en la medida en que su función será determinada de manera colectiva con procesos de participación que den respuesta a las formas de habitar en comunidad, y a procesos socioculturales o artísticos que evidencien la importancia del paisaje de borde. |
