La empresa Febancol es un fondo de empleados del banco Colpatria, su objetivo principal es trabajar en pro de todos sus asociados. Es una empresa con más de 50 años de trayectoria en el mercado y se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá. Esta empresa se ha caracterizado por brindar a sus asociados una atención oportuna y una mano amiga en todo momento ofreciéndole a sus asociados la mejor alternativa en crédito y ahorro cultivando la cultura del ahorro y trabajando en pro del beneficio del asociado, Febancol está compuesto por nueve colaboradores que desde sus diferentes áreas y dependencias trabajan en pro del asociado y están altamente comprometidos con el bienestar de este. La finalidad de nuestro proyecto de grado fue enfocada en elaborar el plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de esta empresa ya que no contaba con este proceso de implementación dentro de la empresa para así evitar riesgos de accidentes de trabajo. Y así minimizar los riesgos de padecer de enfermedades laborales, El proyecto que se realizó ha contribuido de manera muy importante, para identificar y resaltar los puntos que hay que cubrir y considerar para llevar a cabo una implementación exitosa del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Dentro de este modelo que estamos implementado en la empresa FEBANCOL. Para dicha implementación se procede a realizar un estudio previo de los requerimientos mínimos para funcionamiento y se realiza un diagnóstico por medio de una herramienta de investigación para establecer un plan de acción para culminar con la implementación del SG-SST. |

It’s a company with more than 50 years of trajectory in the market and it’s located in the city of Bogotá. This company has always been known for giving its associates a proper attention and a friendly hand at every time, offering its associates the best choice regarding credit and savings, cultivating a saving culture and working for their benefits. Febancol is composed of nine contributors that from their respective areas and dependencies, work towards the associate’s needs and are highly compromised with its wellness. The purpose of our project was to focus on the elaboration of the workplace security and health plan of this company, since it didn’t have this process of implementation inside itself, in order to avoid work accidents risks. In that path of thinking, we could also minimize the risks of work illness. The ending result of the project has contributed greatly in identifying and highlighting the main points that need attention and should be taken into account when trying to successfully implement the work security and health system within this model we made for FEBANCOL.
