Mediante una auditoria Lean, se pretende diagnosticar el estado actual de la organización frente a herramientas como las 5’s, el Poka Yoke, El control visual (Andon), El SMED, el TPM, El Gemba Kaizen y obtener el estado actual de la empresa. Después de hacer el análisis de los factores involucrados en el proceso que disminuyan la productividad se realiza una selección y análisis del posible mejoramiento de estos que contribuyan a la mejora de la productividad de la empresa. Con base en esta información se establecerá el plan de mejoramiento teniendo en cuenta los recursos necesarios y la disposición final de estos.
